Fancy cut blue Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k Yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 5.5mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 2mm (.09 tot ct.) . The band is close to 2mm.
